Oxigen Laboratories is one of the few laboratories that performs microbiological tests with its wide scope. Our microbiological testing scope includes analytical analyses and the detection of pathogenic microbes and their toxins “salmonella, listeria, legionella, etc.”, and “mold, yeast, etc.” of decay-causing organisms.

Food items sold on shelves must have expiration dates. The work we have done to determine the Expiration Date is based on the turkish food codex product related communiqué and the criteria specified in the Microbiological Criteria Communiqué. In addition, Artheus Modeling is used when determining the matrix of accelerated shelf life analyses.

In fact, the expiration date of the relevant product is determined as the last day “SKT” carries the turkish food codex requirements.
