• Requests and objections should be emailed to [email protected], and complaints should be emailed to [email protected].
• Your requests/objections/complaints will be recorded by us and forwarded to the relevant unit.
• The relevant unit will evaluate your request/objection/complaint and determine the process to be followed.
• The evaluation, actions to be taken, and response time will be provided to you within a maximum of 10 business days.
• The actions taken regarding your requests/objections/complaints will be notified to you in writing within the timeframe specified by us at the end of the evaluation.
